Returns

Katrina Lucas will always honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, and an issue immediate refunds.

However, requests to cancel after 24 hours will be denied.

If you're unhappy with your item once received, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve any issue. Due to the nature of these specially handmade items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping. If an item breaks shortly after arrival, please contact us so we can rectify the issue.

Katrina Lucas will accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition. Buyer must pay return shipping if the buyer is international (outside of the Bahamas) when a return is requested. Refunds will not be issued if proof of shipping is not received within two days of delivery to FedEx or DHL.

If an earring gold component changes color or if you lose an earring, please contact us. We will change out and sell you a new earring.

Please hold on to the care card that you will receive in your box, these are important instructions on how to make sure your earring last years.

Shipping

Items are all made to order, and have a processing time of approximately 14 business days. This does NOT include shipping time, which is usually an additional 2-4 days (for domestic locations). Orders over $100 ship for free.

We are unable to provide a guarantee for delivery dates, so please keep that in mind before purchasing gifts, and plan for the 14-business-day processing time.
